A bit about me…
Josie is a Rural Chartered Surveyor and Land Agent with a lifetime’s understanding of farming life. She grew up on her family’s mixed arable and sheep farm in Worcestershire, and still lives there today with her husband and two children. As a fifth generation farmer, mud really does run in her veins!

A graduate of Harper Adams University, Josie has built her career working with farmers, landowners, and rural businesses of all shapes and sizes. She understands what it’s like to balance tradition with change, to plan for the future while keeping the day-to-day on track. Her approach is straightforward and rooted in clear advice and a genuine understanding of what matters most to her clients.
Whether it’s land and property sales, valuations, tenancy agreements, grants, planning, or farm business strategy, Josie’s goal is always the same, to turn complex challenges into clear, practical solutions that deliver meaningful results to the business.
When she’s not at the desk or out and about meeting clients, Josie can be found out in the fields, checking the sheep, chasing after her children, or enjoying a well-earned glass of wine after a busy day. She’s always just a phone call away – ready to listen, offer practical, expert solutions, and help her clients move forward with confidence.
